At Dawoom, we carefully curate premium Korean fashion and inspect every item before shipment to ensure the highest quality. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back before your return request has been approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where applicable, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the item. We'll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
